      We understand the frustration and inconvenience this customer has experienced, and we sincerely empathize with their situation.
      This customer purchased a ******* furnace in 2018, which includes a 10-year parts warranty from the manufacturer. The component in question—the blower motor—has unfortunately failed more than once. Each time, we have followed proper procedure by replacing the failed part with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) component specified by *******. This is required in order to maintain warranty coverage.

      We understand the concerns regarding the ****** blower motor. To help address the situation thoroughly and professionally, we’ve now involved our ******* representative, **** ******. With his support, we are confident that every step being taken is in line with *******’s recommendations and best practices. We want to assure the customer that we are doing everything within our power to provide quality service and resolve this issue as effectively as possible, given the manufacturer’s requirements.
      We remain committed to helping this customer achieve a reliable and fully functioning system and will continue to advocate for the best possible outcome.

      Since then the blower motor has been replaced, and the air filtration unit has been reconnected. We left our professional opinion in lowering the MERV rating of filters used to provide less restrictive airflow, which can cause blower motors extra strain and failure.
