    I called this company on Wednesday, Oct 25, 2023, for my dad looking for a Lennox Ducane circuit board for an old furnace. I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman by the name of Aaron O*****. He had a pleasant attitude, was very knowledgeable, and patient, and didn't have a problem helping me. We even had a few laughs. He made sure that what I was buying was the correct product seeing that it was outdated. Thank you, Aaron! I wish all customer representatives could be as helpful & pleasant as you were with me, especially in this climate we are living in today. Spreading kindness can go a long way!

    I had a recent disappointing customer service experience with this company. On 3 Oct 23, I submitted an order for a part I needed to repair my home humidifier. I live in Alaska and entered my address here for shipping when checking out of the online store. The next day, an employee (***** *****) emailed me, informing me that they did not ship to Alaska and was cancelling my order.
    While frustrated by this, given that there was no mention during the ordering process and nothing that precluded me from checking out and the company running my credit card, I decided to try again. It just so happened my wife was in the Lower 48 at the time. I re-ordered the part I needed the same day and sent an e-mail to A**** ***** and ***** ******** informing them of the re-order and that I needed the part delivered to a relative's address within the next 36 hours. This seemed like a reasonable request given my inconvenience.
    After the order did not arrive when expected, I followed up with *****. I was told that the order was not received until 24+ hours after I had ordered it and sent an email. Worse, it didn't ship until two days later and was shipped standard USPS mail instead of overnight My wife was no longer in the Lower 48 and there will be an extensive delay before my relative can mail the needed part to me in Alaska.
    This is my first experience with this company and I’m disappointed. I don’t understand why they don’t ship to Alaska given that the customer ends up paying the shipping charges in most cases. Worse, the online store front allows customers to purchase parts, enter an Alaska shipping address and complete the transaction. Finally, this experienced could have been salvaged with a small amount of customer service effort to acknowledge the follow-up email informing of the re-order and executing appropriately. It is my hope that the company will take steps to improve customer satisfaction in the future.
