  JSB enclosed a small area on my back patio that was under existing roof with screens and windows. I chose JSB after almost going with a company that had horrible reviews and at the recommendation of one of my neighbors. Mike and Mitch were a pleasure to work with! Garrett in the office was always so nice when he would call to give updates or schedule someone to come to my home. They were always quick to respond and were very knowledgeable. There were some challenges with having a paver patio and needing to cut thru some of them to create a level surface, which led to the area where the track sits looking quite rough and messy looking. But, they made a price adjustment that was acceptable. Also, one of the windows arrived at my house broken and I had to wait another couple of weeks to get another one, which was frustrating. There were a few issues with how the installers left the work area when they left for the day but Mitch made sure it was communicated to the team and corrected.
  They use a supplier that backs their products with a 50 year warranty, which was very important to me and one of the deciding factors to go with JSB! Their price was a little higher than some quotes that I received, but I was willing to pay extra for the quality and warranty from such a reputable company! I can now enjoy my new space worry-free!
  Overall, I am very happy with my new patio enclosure and would highly recommend JSB!

  JSB was a pleasure to work.
  We had our kitchen cabinets refaced, new countertops and backsplash installed.
  Everyone was great to work with, salesman, office staff, workers etc…
  Communication was never an issue, as we were informed at each step of the process.
  Our kitchen has been beautifully updated, exactly what we wanted!

  we had a TERRIBLE experience. felt pressured to make a commitment the day the salesperson came out. our start date was moved 3 times. once we didn't even know it had been moved until we neared the start date and I reached out (they didn't even bother to contact me, I had to contact them). they preached customer service but once they got our down payment, we didn't hear from them for months, not even to tell us the start date of our project moved. the original contractor measured the wall wrong (so it would look bad) so it was reordered not once but 2 times (because the contractor was not told why it was reordered in the first place so he cut it AGAIN) causing our PROMISED 1 week project time to be TWO months. the workers would come out and only stay 3-4 hours a day and would start their day anywhere from 8-12 so you never knew when they would be there. once the bathroom was completed, there were problems and when we brought them up. they were rude and condescending in their interactions with us. we spent almost $16,000 on a PARTIAL remodel (new shower, new floor, and tiling around the bath tub we already had), which was MUCH higher then everyone else and didnt even include the shower door!!!! we were told the shower door would only be $800-1000 which we factored into out budget and then find out its almost $2000!!!! we NEVER would have signed a contact with them had we known the shower door would be so much so we feel purposely deceived. with this kind of cost and such minimal work, you would think the work would be amazing, but you would be wrong! there is caulk up the wall, the seams don't match where they put the pieces together and it's just all around sloppy. also, we were told that they do not paint so WE had to buy the paint and paint baseboards and were told that even though they caused the caulk to be up the wall, they don't paint so we would have to do it!!!! this was the worst experience and I will tell anyone who asks to avoid JSB at all COSTS.

  Three season sunroom addition. Very happy with the sunroom and quality of workmanship and product. JSB staff have been great to work with and were actively engaged during the demo and build process. Project leader Mitch stepped in to take charge of the project and both he and Garrett did a great job of keeping us informed at every step.

  Bathroom remodel. Craftsmanship and products were high quality. Everyone was very polite, well spoken and professional. They kept the house clean during the process and were done in just few days. My only complaint was having to wait my turn…but that comes with quality. In the end, it is worth the wait.

  JSB replaced our kitchen and laundry/bath and will soon replace a full bath. The job started and finished exactly as was planned. All employees were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job. We are very pleased. We highly recommend JSB.

  We converted our Master bath to a shower with sliding glass doors, and upgraded the tub in our second bath, adding sliding glass doors. We were happy with the process and the end result.

  We contracted JSB in the fall of 2021 to build a 3 seasons room over our existing 2nd story deck. The project was slated to begin in February 2022 and was to take 3-4 weeks to build. The project was initiated in mid-July 2022, 5 months after the promised start date. Every step of the process was fraught with large errors. These errors included building, tearing down, and rebuilding the walls of the sunroom three times (forgot to install walls that had doors to the deck, installed walls that were 18 inches too low), digging holes through our existing concrete for posts that were not needed and having to refill them, sending electricians without the correct plans/supplies and therefore causing multiple visits instead of one, ordering the wrong posts for the deck (twice), having windows that did not fit into the existing spots, having torn screens (twice) upon installation, and having scratches/gouges throughout the interior walls of the sunroom that needed multiple visits to repair. After many months of meetings with the project manager and owner, the project manager was removed from our project in late November 2022. The project was completed in mid-December, just about 5 months to the day of starting in July 2022. The work was completed appropriately after the project manager was removed and the sunroom is beautiful. The process to get to that end result was painful for our family because of the almost daily instances of mistakes and miscommunication. It was very frustrating to come home to mistakes and messes on a weekly basis. We have completed many remodeling and large projects at our home and have never had an experience like this. We hope that the issues involving the problems caused by our project manager have been resolved, and we appreciate the owner stepping in after 4 months of almost constant mistakes on our project, but we cannot recommend this company to others based on our very challenging experience.
