*****,
We do have cancelation fees involved when canceling an order we have ready and waiting to deliver. Unfortunately no one at our office has a name of ********************* and our accounting department didn't agree to waiving fees. Looks like you needed specialized equipment to make this deliver do to a lot of winding turns and we had the equipment ready and waiting for your confirmation and you decided to cancel the order. On the plus side looks like you you where only charged 1 cancelation instead of 2, so one fee was already waived for you. If you are looking to get containers in the future be sure to reach out to ** and we will be able to credit you back the fee.Customer Answer

I purchased a wind and water right 40 foot high cube container from container one. It was advertised and contracted as wind and water tight. I paid approximately $4000 for it and it arrived on Wednesday 2/15/23. It was covered in rust and had rust holes in the ceiling of the container, which was pointed out to the delivery driver. I was not going to sign for it, but the driver said he would take pictures, which he did and said patch kits would sent after the pictures were reviewed by the company. After his explanation I signed for the container. When speaking with the container one rep, I was notified i would need to wait for it to rain and take a pictures of the actual leak or get on top of the container myself, pour water on the container then go down and inside to check for any leaks. I demanded a refund as I had not received what I was promised and was told they would charge me a restocking fee. I feel I have been bamboozled into signing for a rust bucket of a container and container one is not keeping up its end of the deal. The resolution I would like is for container one to either send patch kits or give me a complete refund. I dont understand how its my responsibility to climb on top of huge shipping container and possibly hurt myself when its not my job to make the container wind/water right. Thats container ones jobBusiness Response

I agreed to by a 40' storage container from Container One on 10-21-2022 for $5440. They said as soon as they could find a driver they would ship it. Container On logistics called to make sure I had sufficient room to unload the container, asking about obstacles, directions and which end to load forward on the truck, etc. After 3 weeks had passed, I began to call and ask when it would ship. Each time the excuse was the same; We will find a driver and schedule it for NEXT week. I called again on 11-28-2022, 5 weeks after the purchase, to ask for a full refund. Then I received a text saying they would find a driver and I could get it by Thursday if I didn't cancel. Yeah right, I've heard that before. Then they told me there would be a $350 restocking fee. I asked, "Restocking fee, for what? I never received anything!" ****** told me to call accounting because she was just in sales. The call to accounting went to voice mail and so far I have not received a return call from accounting or a full refund.Business Response

Your container was delivered on 12/1/2022. We keep you updated the whole time with many phone calls. We were completely transparent in our discussions. You just refused to believe what we were telling you.
We are glad you received your container and apologize about the delay.

*On 9/23/22 I ordered and paid $5012 for a 40-ft, high cube WWT (wind and water tight) shipping container from ****'s company:adventurecontainers.com*Receipt came from Container One. * container was received 10/19/22 by ***********. ************************ he had before and after pictures of the container*opened door, floor board raised 8. ***** immediately stepped on to put back into place.***** stated, the floor wasnt broken like that when I got it.Roof pours water above bad Board **** referred me to warranty claims.Sent Claims *****email with 2 videos of both floor and roof leak. *****, claims ***** persistently assures us it is a wind and water tight unit after seeing video. Yet...she contradictingly offered to send Patch kits for all leaks while continuing to assure us of its WWT status. She also said door gaps could be fixed with gorilla glue. *screenshot of website stating different levels of container: wind and water tight, no repairs needed. "As is" category says repairs will be needed, which they will not deliver without previous client inspection. *I am physically unable and unskilled to repair a container which is why I purchased the more expensive WWT category. * Emailed **** with all info and pictures after Claims refused to replace with correct Unit. Told me had to deal with **** thus making his advertised guarantee inaccurate and invalid - see pictures of his warranty.)*Quote from ****'s email. I definitely see your concerns and have forwardedyour information to attempt to escalate the claim, and apologize that the driver missed these issuesupon final inspection.*All three entities deny either the leaks and/or responsibility for delivering a wrong category of what we paid for. *Additional financial damages: costing us $200 a mo. In storage for at least 4 mo because I am having major surgery and cant move Storage out for 3 mo. *Additional picture and videos available if needed.Business Response

After review of your claim we stand by the fact your container meets the *** classification. We offer a 1 year warranty to handle things like this that the inspection at the depot, driver our customer does not notice until after delivery. It appears one of the plywood flooring sections may need to be reattached. Your pictures did not demonstrate the plywood floor having any issues. That does not appear to be a leak and is not covered under our warranty. It does not appear to be a problem at all. If your container does have a hole that was discovered upto a year after delivery, we will honor warranty and send you a permanate repair patch the is ISO certified and used in the shipping industry. We also send you a short video on how to apply the patch. it takes no mechanical skills and takes less than 5 minutes to apply. Please reach out to our claims department and send pics of the actual hole that is leaking and we will send repair kit. Your door seal simly need some maintance and possible reattaching the section of door seal that has come unattached.Customer Answer

We bought the wind and water tight container because we were garunteed it wouldnt leak. It has serious leaks right from the get go. We were also garunteed the seals on the doors would not leak. There are significant gaps in them allowing water in. We were not told we would have to do any repairs needed if the container had issues. Now we are being told that we need to do these repairs. It is their responsibility to fix it as they didnt give us what they promised to give us. (A non leaking container.) they need to send someone out to fix it as they state in their warranty. Container one will repair or cause to be repaired.Regards,

Purchased a 40 ft container on August 31, 2022. I was told could be up to 4 weeks for delivery which was fine as I had some site conditions to finish up. Notified them end of September I was ready for delivery and asked for a Friday delivery. They couldn't make that work, had multiple excuses. Driver had equipment issues, got in a wreck etc. I told them I would take delivery anytime. They said they had another driver and would get my container this week and scheduled for Wednesday, 10/26. Wednesday came and went, no conex. Called and was told that driver had issues with prior delivery and would get it Thursday. Thursday came and no conex. Called and was told conex was being loaded for Friday delivery and she would have the driver call me. No call received and no conex delivered on Friday. Called and left multiple messages with no call returned.Business Response

After reviewing all of the notes on your delivery we determined we made multiple attempts to deliver your container.
You told us you were going to out of town sept 20-23. We had delivery scheduled for **** and you were not available to accept delivery that day and would prefer waiting until 10/16. We advised that we would contact you when we scheduled delivery and told you we would try for that friday but no guarentee.
we called you with a 10/26 delivey date. The truck that was acheduled had delivery issues the day before and we would have to reschedule. We delivered the container on10/31.
We do apologize for the delays but we were prepared to deliver back on Oct 4th as well.
