5 starsGood experience. Was contacted the next day after placing the order online. Was notified that deliveries were currently 14 days out. Not an issue. Was contacted on day 13 that delivery was the next day. Driver called and kept me well informed. No issues getting to my house or in the yard. Driver was able to drop it exactly where I wanted it. ****** and his assistant were very courteous. Would definitel do business with them again.Review fromRenea S

Working with Container One was easy!! From the first phone call, to having a representative contact you, to asking questions and getting definite answers!! *************** The first initial phone call was very good. We worked with ****** and he was willing to work with us as we had contacted various companies and Container One worked with us. The time frame for delivery was great and the container is wonderful which is just what we wanted. The driver was a very nice gentleman and placed the container exactly where we had the spot ready. Did excellent job dropping the container on the spot. Would recommend Container One to anyone.Container One

1 starWe'll start off in a positive note my salesman ********* I think that a fantastic job container was delivered early. The container was delivered in poor condition big separation in the floor you could see right through it supposed to be airtight and watertight which is obviously not **** from claims gave me the runaround and just close the case told me to fix it which I don't think is appropriate container one should be responsible for the repairs I paid nearly $5,000 for a product that didn't come as advertised or warrantied very disappointed **** if they would still like to warranty it I'm willing to work with them and resolve this issueReview fromDavid R

From the start of looking for a container to the delivery of the first container of two purchased every body was Great. A special thanks to ******************* whom is a great sales lady that walked me through the process and the delivery driver, (forgot his name), that put the container right on the **** where it was needed. Everything went as planned couldn't have asked for anything better.It rained and hailed while they were getting into the property, and dropping the container. They put it right where we wanted them to.Container One

5 starsContainer was delivered on time and in good condition. Excellent customer service! They made sure I understood the entire process for before and after the sale. Any questions I had while waiting for the delivery were answered with a simple phone call. **************** they hire (NY delivery) was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in his line of work. He took the time to make sure the container was going to be set exactly where we wanted it.I was hesitant at the start about buying our first container, as it is a lot of money up front and I wasnt familiar with the process, but now after we have our container, I will be referring everyone I know to Container One. Thank you
