  I rarely write reviews but this is one that needs to be done. The price I paid was by far the best I found, the container is in excellent condition. The company and all of the contacts, employees were all very professional. All of my questions and concerns were answered within a few hours. I had to delay delivery due to snow, no problem, when I was ready they scheduled delivery for 4 days in the future. Delivery was on time within a few minutes. Driver was great, put the container exactly where I wanted it. I can't say enough good things about this experience. I will be buying another soon. Highest recommendation.

  I bought a container, the price was great, the representative was an awesome help getting me exactly what I was looking for(thank you *****) my only problem was in the delivery time, they say 2/3 weeks, no problem there but it did take almost 5 weeks, the weather was bad so it wasnt an easy delivery, once the weather cleared it only took another week. I did have problems with the logistics, ******* didnt ever contact me to let me know what was up, I repeatedly had to contact her. Finally ***** called me and told me tomorrow The driver contacted me right away and we made our arrangements. He got there took it off the trailer and all is well.

  Excellent company to do business with. Very thorough and polite. From start to finish, the most friendly, courteous, and professional folks around. Plus their prices beat everyone out there. Id highly recommend this company to anyone. Prompt, professional service. A+ in my books.

  Got my container and it's ugly but works well. ******** was a joy too work with. They even dropped the price from the time I was quoted to the time I placed the order!

  Well let's see, they took my order and gave me a price including delivery for a 20' container. I paid with check online which they pulled from my account right away. Then after several days while I am waiting for a delivery date I call them back to check on my order only to be told of another $400 extra for delivery because they didn't charge enough the in first bid. After cancelling delivery because I was able to find a replacement at a reasonable price I find they're keeping my money for a week before they refund it. After they reneged on their bid I don't really trust them on my refund either. I see all the good reviews on here and I'm wondering if it's a change in the way they're doing business or if it was just negligence. Either way they're prices seem to change on containers after you pay for them but before they ship them. BUYER BEWARE

  ********************, When we originally quoted you we did not know that there was a ferry fee to deliver your container. We we called you to confirm your order we found out that you lived on a island that was only accessible by ferry. The Ferry was an additional $400.00 fee. You decided you did not want to pay that fee and wanted a refund. This happened on 2/15/2023 at 4:36 pm. We refunded you the money on 2/15/2023 at 9:27am. We are sorry this happened but your review is uncalled for. We have not changed any of our policies or business practices and take pride in our customer service and transparency with our customers. We have sold and delivered over ****** containers and we would not be in business today if we were unethical in anyway. We also waived our cancelation fees for you even though we had cancelation fees we had to pay.

  Container One from start to finish has been wonderful to work with. We checked around and they were the cheapest and and offered the best warranty for a 40 ft container. Our Driver, ****** was very professional. So was **** who was our POC.

  The purchase, delivery, and condition of the container was smooth and acceptable to be done sight unseen. From the sales lady to the delivery driver everything was great and he placed the container spot on.

  At the age of nearly 49 years, I have never had a more reliable and stress-free experience! every single step was communicated to me. I was actually able to reach people easily by phone or email and even text. I wish I needed an unlimited number of containers because this is a good relationship to make and have!!! Thank you, ****, and everyone that was involved!!

  Very thorough customer service and helped me feel at ease about the big purchase. The container came in great condition. I couldnt be happier with the condition of the container. The driver was great as well and placed the container exactly where I wanted it placed. It came in about two weeks due to the holidays. No extra hidden fees. Straight to the point and a couple ways to save money if you do a check or wire transfer. No credit card fees. If I ever need another container, I will look no further. Container one also had the best priced containers in the southwest that I could find.

  ***** always does a good job getting ** containers at a fair price. The staff has been good with getting the boxes we ordered in the shape we expect.
