    Went to RDW HOMES in ******** in May of 2024 and gave a $10,000 down payment to have the kitchen remodeled. on June 12th of 2024, he did not show up as scheduled and no response as to why. Tried more times to contact him but no success. On June 18th of 2024, we conversed and I said that I wanted to cancel and have the $10,000 back. He replied that I had to sign a release form and hung up on me, I, then called back and left a message with his secretary as to how I was to do this, As of now, no reply to that.

    Good afternoon .... First we did not hang up on client ... also during our conversation we said we would send our contract cancellation form which we did earlier today ... once cancel request form is completed and received with reason to cancel and is signed a refund is normally sent within 10 days or less of receiving signed form ... we regret client wishes to cancel but that is their choice ... please call if you have further questions ... thanks ... ***********************

    This company lacks everything valuable about ********** Small Businesses. They were hired to completely renovate our kitchen, in November of 2021. What was initially quoted as a 3-4 week job was just finished a year later. They did not communicate with us at all. They would go weeks without any contact, then would schedule a visit to work on the house and would not show! Again, without a call, text or email. There were numerous empty promises, mistakes that I was later billed for, etc.. which also went without a call or an apology. To top it all off, after a full year of operating with a half completed kitchen, we were billed for work that was never done, and products that were not installed to the tune of almost $7000 over budget!! I would think when you hire a company that has a big name and a fancy showroom, you expect to pay a little more than using a smaller contractor, but this was the worst company, large or small that I have ever worked with. To put that statement into perspective, in the last six years, we have re-done nearly every room in our home! I caution anyone to think twice before writing that first check or to signing any contract with RDW Homes, LLC
