    Date of Transaction: November 21, 2022 What started out to be a great experience unfortunately took a sharp left turn. I now have a car from Haus with No Tags and no paperwork to even register my car. I purchase my car from Haus and funded the vehicle from our ************ within 5 business days. 30 days later, I get a letter from the ************ that the dealer never cashed the check. Furthermore, not a word from the Dealership. ***** the Sales Rep for our deal consistently gives us the run around. I have left voicemails for Dom in Finance and now we are 45 days in and still no answers. Upon asking for another 30 day tag to buy them more time to process, they refuse and consistently gave me the run around. To the point, I bought a ticket to fly back from ******* just to show face in the dealership to get any answers.If you buy from Haus, just make sure you are local and can frequent the dealership if you are having problems. IF you live a far, they will leave you out to dry.

    The first we heard of any issue was when you reached out to ***** on December 31, 2022, as evidenced by the attached text messages, at which point the dealership put the wheels in motion to assist with obtaining a second temporary tag as the title had not yet been received from the credit union. We were surprised to hear the title had not been received by the customer as it had been sent to the credit union on December 13, 2022, as evidenced by the date of transfer on the uploaded title. While dealerships in **** cannot issue a second temporary tag, we were happy to assist with obtaining one given the circumstances and were even willing to retrieve the tag from the *** once the proper documentation was in place, which can be evidenced by the attached letter drafted by the dealership. 

    My understanding is that the second temporary tag is still active at this time, so I am curious if this review was submitted prior to giving the dealership the opportunity to resolves issues with the title that appear to be primarily related to the processing time at the credit union rather than any issue with processes at the dealership. Furthermore, we had no idea that you were coming into town specifically to deal with issues related to this vehicle purchase and would have been happy to send documents through the mail rather than having them signed in person. 

    The dealership is currently under the impression any ongoing issues have now been resolved but would appreciate you reaching out if that is not the case.
