    i had ordered a replacement glass for my ****** ** *** *** from this company using my ***** card. ***** had the wrong mail address and they shipped it there/immediately after i had ordered i sent my current address to their customer support seeing the old address on my order/no acknoledgemnt of my email they shipped it to the wrong address anyways now im seeking a replacement or a refund and sent them an email stating such and gain ignored and no response/just would like refund back to my card

    it was on an email i received from them i copied the address right from the email/it was at the bottom of the email

    We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have reached out to the person who filed this complaint and given him a full refund. He was also kind enough to work with us to try to figure out why he did not receive a response from out support team. It turns he had a typo in the email address he used to email our support team so we never received the emails. As a corrective measure we are now planning to make sure our phone number is more prominent in our order follow-up emails so the customers have multiple ways to contact us.
