BBB has also received complaints and customer reviews stating that the consumer was quoted a specific amount they would be paid for their cell phone, but after they send it in, the company states they are going to pay them less due to the poor condition of the phone (scratches, cracked screen etc.)

      I sent in an iPhone 13 Pro Max back on June 10, received
      the approval on June 21 for a payment of two business days in the amount of $901.00. Were coming up on 2 months now and have still not received a payment. I contacted several times and finally spoke to someone who sent this email "Hi Cameron, we reviewed your order and you're currently in queue for payment. We do apologize as our payments department is currently a bit backed up. We will let them know you've reached out for an update and will try to speed up the process for you. And now a month has passed and still no payment, no responses to my emails and they never answer or call you back via phone. First email from them below.

      Great news! We have inspected your device(s), and have determined it has met the description of the quoted offer. Your payment will be issued within 1-3 business days. You will receive another email once your payment has been issued.

       On 6/28/2022 customer service received an email from the customer stating that they were checking in on the status of payment. After checking our records, we discovered this customer had not yet been paid. customer was responded to by email advising them that our payments department was currently a bit backed up,. So, this email was then forwarded to ADMIN.  During this time, we were having issues with checks being returned, and it was causing our payments department to fall behind in current payments due to having to go back and remake payments a second time to customers who had issues depositing checks. This issue also caused us to max out on our ****** limit just about every day. We eventually had to change our payment time frame from 3 business days to 7 business days. Unfortunately, this order was not an order that we were able to resolve right away. We sincerely apologize we were unable to fix this sooner. This payment was made on 07/29/22 via ******.
