    This company used to be good. Now they are unreliable and unresponsive to phone calls and texts. I paid for the full years’ service. Weeping Willow Waste should refund me for May through December. They are the ones that stopped providing service to all of their customers. They were disrespectful by not providing any communication to anyone. I have signed up for service with ****** now. Which is irritating to know that I have already paid for service and now paying for service from a second company. Shame on you Weeping Willow Waste. Zero Star Rating

    I just paid for the quarter year’s service. This company used to be good. Now they are unreliable and unresponsive to phone calls and texts. They do not give us the courtesy of asking when we can expect the trash to be picked up. Which currently is never.

    When I signed up the woman I spoke to was very nice. But we had no service. Paid 2 months in advance for trash and recycle. $44 Never received the trash cans as promised and only had 2 trash pick ups after calling them. We would like our $33 refund. Too bad they left everyone high and dry. Could have communicated and done it differently.

    Obviously my complaints are all the same as the ones below. No trash pick up for a week, no customer service to speak to, no communication about back ups in our area. Nothing. Just radio silence. Weeping Willow should be ashamed of themselves. They got too greedy, took on to many customers and couldn't service them all. And of course, we paid in advance for the quarter.

    This company is the worst trash service I've ever had. No communication no word on when trash will be picked up. Voice mail is always full and you can't leave a message. No text response. Already a week and a day late. I've canceled my service with them and went with ******** Don't buy into there promises. You'll be disappointed. Would leave them a 0 star but I can't. Always an excuse on Facebook of why they can't pick up trash. Go to a reputable company even if it might cost more. This company is absurd horrible.

    I have been calling them for a week, no answer, no call back, no response to my txt, was to get a can a month ago...no can yet, trash was to be picked up Monday, it's still in my front yard, without a can, so the neighbor hood critters will have it everywhere, I txt them to please let me know if my trash will be picked up or not, no response

    Started out great but now it's been two weeks with no pick up. Also the billing is a mess, save your receipts. And even when they did recycling they threw it in with your trash. If you can't handle the growth don't accept new customers. You are just shooting yourself in the foot. Get a customer service. Never answers the phone and voicemails are always full, but sure knows to answer Facebook comments with snarky replies. Also never answers text. Good Luck!
