    7-15-24 I was inside [*** see below] waiting for Kenneth from the GutterRunners. He was late to clean & make repairs to my gutters from on top of my roof. He got some decaying maple leaf seeds out with his hands, did not use a brush [pictures of the gutters show junk still in them]. He secured some areas of the gutters. He charged me $300.00. I told him I wanted a vertical gutter downspout to be attached to the left of my house front horizontal gutter. We agreed he'd return on the 18th.

    7-18-24 He kept delaying; I told him I had to do other things. I suggested a reschedule.

    7-19-24 I was sitting on my deck***. Kenneth, late again, opened the door of his truck; marijuana smoke poured out. I asked if he was OK to work; I could smell the weed. I was worried about him falling off the roof, breaking his neck/dying [like could have happened the day before when he was on my roof!]. He said it was legal; he used it for medical purposes. [He doesn't understand you shouldn't show up to work high?] He didn't go up on the roof & was low on the ladder, so I let him do the work. He charged me $100.00. I noticed he didn't add extensions to my front vertical gutters to drain the water away from the house better so it wouldn't enter my basement, which was the problem I was having. I asked him to buy extensions & add them on. He said I could do that myself.

    7-20-24 I noticed when driving past my house that his vertical gutter placement pulled down the horizontal gutter away from my roof. I texted him a picture about this. No reply.

    7-22-24 I texted asking when he was coming back to finish the work that we discussed: adding on extensions to the 2 front vertical gutters, plus the new problem he caused of the drooping horizontal gutter. No reply.

    An estimate to fix the damage he did to my front gutter was $300.00.

    The Gutter Runners came out to my house to install new gutters ******* had to come back a second day with a more experience worker to finish job he gave me a receipt with a 10 year warranty it rain two hours after he left one of the gutters was leaking it has a hole in it I called and text messages with no reply for him to come and replace it he’s been paid in full now he won’t honor is warranty.
