Purchased June 24, 2024.
My complaint is that I have been unsuccessful at updating my payment information. I have unsuccessfully attempted to reach them on several occasions via email and through their customer service portal. There is no phone number attached to contact them at all. This is annoying and has taken up much of my time. I am attempting to fulfill my balance obligation.
Their website is not user friendly and not working properly. When attempting to add payment information, it does not allow you to delete old card information and update with new. Also, I can see the balance I owe, but if I click to pay now, it continually uses the expired card. This is awful. I want to pay this company and never purchase from them again. I placed an order for the ABs Doer. It total cost was posted to my credit card on the 19th of July. I did not receive a receipt with instruction on registering the product, It was not until I finally viewed my credit card statement that I found information on the company's name. The order was placed over the phone on 8/10/2024 for H2O Mop X5 Dual Blast.
We understand that our customers change their mind about the order and wish to cancel. It is important to note that in our efforts to get the customer's order delivered to them as quickly as possible, the customer may have as little as one hour or less from order placement to cancel the order.
The customer cancelled the order through our self-serve portal on 8/10/2024 itself before it got processed.
The charge of $158.97 was a pre-authorization which has been cancelled on 08/17/2024. It may take a few days for the money to reach the bank account. This refund will go through in the form of a reversal.

This company was contacted for a return of their product. However, during several communications with them for the return they did not provide a prepaid return label nor shared that I would have to pay for the shipping. In addition, they explain once they have received the tracking number that the refund would be processed. They did not disclose that the consumer would have to pay for shipping. I contacted them via email several times and not once did they mention that I would have to pay for the return. I am due a refund for what I paid for shipping. This company refuses to pay. It’s concerning when false advertising is made to the consumer. I should receive a full refund for the return as well as the full refund for the shipping. This company is not to be trusted. 7.4.2024. I wanted to order the mop. They showed the payment plan but they charged me the full price. I immediately tried to stop the order but could not reach them. They never would respond and I was surely charged 158.97. I tried several times to tell them I could not afford this amount to which put me in a bad financial bind. The customer refused the shipment at the time of delivery and the order was returned to our warehouse.

I ordered the H2O X5 Mop on June 27, 2024. I paid $198.96 + $11.94 tax for a total of $210.90. I used the mop on my carpet as advertised and was very disappointed in the results. Wish I had taken a before and after pictures but didn't realize it would be necessary. I have submitted a return request with Thane on July 5, 2024 and received an email that I would get a RMA number within 1 to 2 business days. A week later I submitted a request help and again received the same email that someone would get back to me 1 to 2 business days. A second request was submitted July 23, 2024 a still no response regarding the return. I then tried to follow their instructions to log the info into their webpage. Again —I get caught up in trying to create a password. This is a total scam. Additionally I spent $68 on the return. I will track the return item and see if I get my money back, but I think I just threw good money after bad. So now the cleaner has cost me not $180 but $240. These company should not be in business and at the very least, provide a return label for their items. For anyone reading this…beware.
Also, I did not receive an any info from them about an rma code (as they stated in their response) I did look in junk —nothing. I thought it was an incorrect email, but I did get an order confirmation from them. They jus do not accept returns…total scam!

Was charged 3 times (once charged double the price of the product). Never received the product. There is no way to contact them by phone. Only 1 charge was made to customer's card for $156.37. The previous charges were pre-authorizations which have been cancelled. It only take a few days for the money to reach the bank account as this refund goes through in the form of a reversal.
