    11/2024, I ch contracted with this Co. to move my entire household furniture. They came with too small if a van, only 2 movers and only one furniture pad. They called for help and pads and was told no by the owner. My daughter and I had to help load heavy living room. Dining room. Family room, etc. It took two trips and all day and still I had to lea e be hind 2 appliances. My dining room suite was severely damaged as well as a side table and bedroom dresser. I paid half the bill since my family ended up helping , which they were not supposed to , but I had to be out of the home that day, gornew owners to move in. I was told by the owner she would send a repair man to fix damage. My dining room set was very expensive and well cared for. The mo b ing guys says she lies about job size all the time, that is why they had no pads to protect the furniture. I want my pieces fixed and I want others warned. Their van was old. Bald tires, movers said they can only take back roads? I think they are illegal?

    ***** ********patio stairs got chunks of concrete chipped off from bringing my refrigerator in. My walls got chipped and drywall chipped, my other house had damage to the hardwoods in dining room and hall way, several walls got chipped and gouged out, every basement step is chipped, and wood is gouged off. I told them I just pd to have hardwoods done, so I called my man who did floors, he came and looked. It will cost 3k to fix all 3 of my bedroom floors, and my living room needs several boards replaced from how deep the metal frame from my couch gouged the wood. My Hoosier will be at least 100 bucks to repair or more. They lost the wheel to it, and all my furniture sliders were lost as well. My other house and new had just been painted. They were to wear booties over their muddy shoes, they didn't. I had to shampoo my living room carpet. I just pd 400 to have carpets cleaned. I have pay to get chips fixed and repainted, Hoosier fixed. I want 1100 returned, and 3k for hardwoods , 500 for rest

    I’m responding to a complaint from ***** *******. The information she provided was inaccurate. ***** hired us to move her from her previous residence to a new home. We got at her house at 10:30am to move her belongings from three bed room building that she told us on the phone. Upon our arrival, there were at least 8 others adults at her house that came to help her park things that were not packed in boxes to be moved. ***** was upset and frustrated throughout the whole process. She was upset with her kids, and a multitude of problems about the help she couldn’t get from her family. 

    ***** did not have her belongings ready for the move. Moving is usually stressful, and knowing that we try to work to the situation just to have their job done. We went there with 2 trucks, a 26 and 17 feet trucks to avoid making multiple trips.

    However, ***** and her family had the entire basement full of things that were not packed. Things that we were told were not going, but they kept including gradually. We worked from 10:30am to 11:00 pm that night just to accommodate their needs.

    We have been in this business for a while, so we know to treat people belongings with respect. There were many people , her kids and grand kids, that were there trying to help ***** move things in and out of the house. We were not told of any of the things she talking about now accept a scratch on the living room floor. We offer to bring in someone to deal with the floor, but she refused demanding that she will bring in her own repair man of choice.

    After working over 12 hours, on a move that should have only been a three bedroom move, she refused to pay us until the starch on the living room floor was fix. ***** call a gentleman on the phone while we were still pleading witch her to let us repair it at a later date. The fellow she called about floor told her the post will cost about $500 to fix it.

    Most of the things she is claiming in the complaint were not done by us. The chest door was damaged before we even moved it, and she was aware. She refused to give us $845 of our payment, claiming that the floor may cost more than what she was told on the phone. She did not pay us until almost 11:40pm before we got on our way. It is unfortunate that ***** is trying to create problems for us.
