      Hello,

We had Dan's install *** flooring in our entire home (2000 square feet) beginning in 9/2020 through 12/2021. It beginning literally falling apartment in the past year. It has cracks running vertically. The stairs are so broken and there are so many pieces we have had to lay tape down to avoid falling.

The manufacturer, ******** ******* ********, has a residential flooring warranty for this product of 25 years. They only will allow contact resolution through the dealer the flooring is purchased from. We were told by the person who answered at Dan's Flooring that we had to talk to Tammy to get resolved.

After speaking to the folks hired by Dan's Flooring for install, we were told that they would get it resolved but we had to have an independent inspection completed and they seem to "always blame the installer".

After months of calling Tammy to have the independent inspector, we finally had this completed by ******* ******** ***********, INC.-**** ******* ************* He stated the report would be available in 7-14 days. After 3 weeks when Tammy had not returned our calls, we reached out to ****. He said that Dan's had not paid for the inspection so he had not released the report. Weeks went by before Tammy took our call again. She stated that she had never had such an expensive report, ours was 900 dollars because there were so many defective areas. During the inspection **** indicated that the product was defective.

We have been calling for weeks to find out our next steps. We have left messages and get no return call. We decided to call from our work phone and low and behold Tammy answered. When we inquired about what was happening, she HUNG up on us. We called back from another number last week and stated she would email ****.

Today called for an update and she states she hasn't heard from ****. **** states he sent the report. Tammy didn't even get the phone hung up today, and I could hear her making nasty re****s about our complaint.
