    Extremely disappointed. I scheduled to have David come out and clean my gutters. We set a date and time that they would come to do the work. Day of... crickets. No reply or answer to multiple phone calls and text messages. He knew I had moved my work schedule around this appointment so that I could be home. No call to cancel or reschedule. Just NO SHOW. Weather was also fine. Lack of communication and disregard for customers time. Not a professional way to run a business.

    Northcoast Painting power washed and painted my two-level deck and did a good job.
    However, they removed my patio table and its base from the TOP of the two-level deck in order to power wash and paint, and placed them on the grass below.
    I was told they would come back and return the deck table and base to the top deck but THIS NEVER HAPPENED. Help would be required to move these items. As of this writing the table and base are still on the grass.
    I am disappointed that a phone call to David regarding this issued was ignored.
