    10-17-2023 Paid $3847.16. to repair-unclog kitchen drain line. The worst experience I ever had with a business. After working on and off for a week, saying the problem was fixed, proving the problem was not fixed. Had to fire roto-rooter and hire a another plumber. Problem fixed in one day. If you like obnoxious, high pressure, over priced, used car salesmen, then roto-rooter North Canton is your plumber. After disputing work, money was refunded.

    Zero stars not being an option, one star is better than deserved. I had my sewer line replaced in 2021 and had to call Roto Rooter back out within 7 months. After multiple calls, and finding that the seam where the new pipe met the old pipe was encrusted to the point that nothing could get through (somehow, that was a year’s worth of build up), the line was replaced again. Since this was done, I have had to call between 4-6 times because we cannot do a single load of laundry without back-up in the basement. Each time they visit, they say the issue has been resolved, yet it is the same result each time with another back-up in the basement. The top manager does not seem to care that the video footage and detailed logs of visits has been requested on my end at least three times, and I have yet to receive any copies. The communication and customer care has been subpar at best, and my two year problem of basement back-ups has yet to be resolved.
