Horrible horrible management!!!! I called the after hour maintenance number. Spoke with a guy who was nice. He stated that the property has its own maintenance guys to come out and that they couldn’t work on my situation. I called him around 4 AM. The office opened at 8 AM. Spoke with an unprofessional lady by the name of Kellie P******. Stated that my ceiling had been leaking since then continuously my items are ruined. Granted I do have renters insurance but she didn’t care. She didn’t tells me that her maintenance guys doesn’t usually start working until about 8:30-9 o’clock, then proceeded to tell her that I am missing work because of this, and she then proceeded to say well I didn’t ask you to miss work. I also didn’t ask for my ceiling to be leaking. The unprofessionalism and the uncommunicative conversations from her are at an all-time high. any type of issue issue that I’ve had in my apartment, She always has a nasty attitude. Any maintenance issues that I’ve had takes several weeks or even a month or so to be completed. no one or no tenant should be treated like this, especially when the rent is being paid on time and in advance. I’ve honestly have never been through something like this.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. The property owner does have their own maintenance staff and unfortunately we do not control the speed at which they complete work order. Kellie is normally a very nice person. Let me apologize for any mistreatment from her.

REM Commercial cares more about the property they manage than the people who live there. They are random in allowing use of common areas to the point of denying simple aesthetic personal items around building perimeters. Their representatives are terse, blunt, and abrupt in dealing with residents. They won’t allow me to install a small weather sensor outside my property so that I can pursue a life-long hobby. I’m a retired veteran, in my mid-70s, and unable to negotiate stairs easily, but I’d rather fall-down a flight of them, than live here any longer.

REM Commercial is the management agent for the condo association the complainant lives in. His request was submitted to the condo board and we lobbied for him to be permitted to install his weather sensor. The board voted to not permit the sensor. We are just the messenger. I spoke to the manager and she indicated the complainant became verbally abusive when he didn't get what he wanted and she needed to end the discussions. As many condo owners know, association have bylaws that ALL owners agree to follow when they buy.

This is the absolute worst property management group ever! I recently (9/1/2023) moved into an apartment complex they manage and on 9/4/2023 I began to reach out to the leasing agent and property manager concerning seeing roaches. Initially the leasing agent was understanding and apologetic, I expressed my desire to move out of the property and have my lease be cancelled, he verbally expressed his agreement with my decision. Here we are 26 days later and the roach problem is WORSE! They all say the same thing, which is pest control will come spray. Then via text I was told that there were never any prior complaints about bugs in the building, that same night I was walking into the building at the same time of a long time tenant who not only confirmed they also had roaches in their unit the whole time they have been there but she had actually just went and bought raid and roach motels for her unit. I was able to get this information recorded and when I sent it to the leasing agent he ignored me, the property manager merely made a comment directed at the fact the tenant was on housing assistance. I have sent a complaint almost everyday since I have moved in with the same resolve being "pest control will spray. Bugs have been in my daughters bed and in our clothes, the property manager and leasing agent were both made aware of both of these incidents, no response. The worst part is the rent is $1100. I have tried to resolve this issue with REM Commercial with no effort from the leasing agency. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, they care more about moving people in and collecting money, over the well being of tenants while they are residing in their units. I have asked what more does the pest control provide, in order to kill the nest of the roaches, I am still waiting on the response, it has been over 24 hours at this point. They literally took over some "project style" apartments, put new paint and stainless steel appliances in the units and blindly leasing them to good people
