    They constantly send texts, phone calls and mailers after i have told them NO many many times about selling my home. I have never and will never sell my house, yet they continue to bother me with unwanted sales calls, texts and mailers. I want it to stop. I dont know how they even got my info, I am at my wits end. At this point it's harassment.

    I am the President of Global Real Estate Solutions LLC and am writing to you regarding the complaint filed by ******* *********.

    We do not believe Ms. *********’s complaint meets the BBB acceptance requirements due to the following:
    1. Our records do not show a “marketplace relationship” with ******* *********. We have not engaged in any transaction with Ms. *********.
    2. The complaint does not relate to a “marketplace issue.” We do not cold call or text individuals about our services. She was previously on our mailing list, and may have received mailings from our company. We have had no other contact with this person.
    3. The complaint does not relate to a “problem experienced with products or services” to be provided by Global Real Estate Solutions LLC. The sole basis of the complaint is harassment by phone and text messages, which are methods we do not use. We have not engaged in a transaction with Ms. *********, and she is not complaining about our services. Rather, she is complaining about prospecting methods that we do not use.

    Ms. *********’s complaint is not eligible for BBB’s dispute resolution process because it does not meet BBB’s Complaint Acceptance Guidelines. We ask that you promptly reject and close the complaint and not publish the content online. You are welcome to contact me directly if you have any questions or need additional information.
