    Missing pieces on the delivery of the item. Ali, Courtney, and the Team at Today’s Classroom were very helpful in resolving this issue. I would recommend purchasing through Today’s Classroom, after talking with the staff about your wants, needs, and expectations. Very knowledgeable, all the way down to shipping.

    DO NOT ORDER from this company. Super shady! Sent the wrong product after having a detailed conversation in order to get replacement bins for my rolling cart.
    Took zero responsibility for their mistake. Blamed me, Was going to charge me to return including a restocking fee for an item and rolling cart they don’t even support.
    Additionally, charged my credit card for three different charges on one order.
    STAY CLEAR of them!

    We are sorry that you feel that there should not have been a return fee. We have no record that you shared there was a cart made by a different company that you were trying to match tubs to. Had that been the case, we would have looked at that brand for the replacement tubs. The separate charges have been brought to the attention of the appropriate person- please note the total charge did match the invoice total. If you'd still like the tubs returned, we would be able to assist.

    I recently purchased a drafting table from Today's Classroom. My order required some special attention, both with choosing the right item for me and with delivery. During the whole process, I received prompt and professional answers to my questions, and it was clear to me that the team did everything so that I'll receive the item to my satisfaction. I'm grateful and appreciative to the manner in which they provide customer service, and am indeed very happy with the high quality of my new drafting table. I highly recommend this business.

    I placed an order online and waited for an email to confirm shipping per the website. Shipping doubled when I received the email. I replied I was surprised at the jump in price, but also wanted to add other items since the website showed a sale price and provided a screen shot of item with the pice. I got a response that the could be added and I would get an updated quote for shipping. Waited until next day and then I emailed to get the updated quote. I was unapologetically told the items were no longer on sale and my cost for them basically doubled. When I called after getting this email the "owner" was so rude and she refused to give me her last name. This was a really stupid response for an "owner" when you can just look up who owns companies on the internet. Her title on a company search showed "general manager." Looks like they are a family owned business that have no idea what they are doing and definitely do not live by their mission statement and philosophy as stated on their website. If they have been in business since 1976 that probably means the kids or grandkids are running it and running it into the ground. There are much better customer oriented companies available with same products and same or better pricing. I found another company to buy the same products without all the ridiculous changes in prices and very friendly staff when you call.

    Our shipping calculator is currently under construction to reflect a more accurate estimated rate. That being said, our site does state that the shipping rate is “estimated” so we do have to get approval on actual rate if needed.
    Mistakes do happen in the human experience, and this is one of them. We did ultimately offer to honor the expired sale price.
