    We hired them to install stone around our fireplaces. We gave Shawn the owner $2200.00 for material and 1/2 the labor upfront. Shawn came once to install wire mesh on the wall around fireplaces to get ready for the stone. Then he had nothing but reasons why he couldn't come on the days he said he could come. He installed some stone in basement fireplace. And we haven't seen him since and he said he will not finish the job and for us to find someone else. Ok that's fine but we want our money refunded because he didn't finish the job he only worked 7 hours in our house. He has not responded to us since Friday 12/9/2022. We want our money.

    I paid akron tuck pointing $2333.94 to install stone around 2 fireplaces he started one of them and quit.  I want $2000.00 back because he didn't finish the job he only worked 7 hours and it was poor craftsmanship.  I will have to pay someone to fix what he did do and to start the other fireplace

    These are some of the rudest impatient customers I have ever dealt with. By my ratings on ******* *** **** ******* which are 39-5star reviews and 1-1star review you can clearly see who the problem is. My customers are always right, I try to bend over backwards to make them happy but with me trying to fit these customers in before the two week starting time I originally gave them and their hour constraints, they both have a lot of nerve swearing at me and putting me down. They both seem so nice when we talk in person but their text messages were beyond rude.To be as mean as they were to me when I went out of my way to be there around their schedule. Order and pick up there stone for no cost and trying to fit them in before I had time was my fault. Most customers are happy and work with me. If I get caught up and am running late or can’t make it because I’m stuck at a job that was accepted first they are understanding. I got one fireplace completely done and the other one started before I had to excuse myself from the job because of the verbal abuse. They currently owe me 900.00 that will be settled in arbitration. I guess there is always one rotten apple out of the bunch and here they are.


    My customers appreciate me and I apreacieate them. Thank you for all the good ones
