    We hired Rands two separate times through two different warranty companies. He did both jobs for us flawlessly, even though one warranty company is not paying him. He sometimes gets blamed for unfinished work when in reality it's the warranty company who hasn't fulfilled their obligation. On our most recent job, he came out to look at our stove and while he was here, helped me install my dishwasher panel (this had nothing to do with the work order). There was a follow up needed on the stove and again he provided an additional service that was above and beyond what he was hired to do.... and still the warranty company hasn't paid him.His kindness and willingness to finish the job went a long way with me. It's not how you start it's how you finish and I was very impressed with the finished work that Rands provided for us. I will definitely hire him again on my own, without a warranty company involved.
