    On December 24th our daughter called and informed us at the heat in our home had dropped to 50°. We called Jackson Heating and Cooling in Carroll, Ohio and left a message on their answering machine. Within minutes Kim called us back and arranged for a technician to go to our daughter's home. The technician arrived there within 40 minutes and repairer the problem. We are so thankful that they were able to repair it, but, also came out during the holiday weekend. We certainly will be referring our friends and family to Kim and Mike Jackson owners of Jackson Heating and Cooling in Carroll, Ohio. They are quick to respond, communicates on the issue they found, and are more than reasonably priced. From one small business owner to another we really appreciate you.
