      The contract was on 6/5/2021 Didn't get the roof put on until 12/5/2021. My Husband and Insurance Co. Spent around $11,0000 for the roof. The day they put the roof on, My Husband ask if they got our chimney chase cover put on. They said, No they had to order it. Well cold weather came and went. We never heard from them so I tried many of times to call them. I talked to a lady and told her who I was and what I wanted. She said..she would have him call me. He never did. Time went by and the Chase cover got worse and worse. I sent him pictures of how bad it was. He had a chimney repair guy come out. He put a tarp on it on March 30 2023. Mike called me and said, They want $1,200 to fix it. It's more money than the insurance gave them so he's calling the insurance and having them pay more money. It's not the insurance place to fix it. It's Universal place to pay for it because they didn't replace the chimney chase cover when they did the roof. So Now I noticed on June 25 2023 when I was looking at a old water spot on my living room ceiling, was getting bigger so I left a message on Mike's phone. The next day, I was out planting flowers and happened to look up because the wind was blowing, There was a hole in the tarp and a rip in the side were the strap was holding it on. So now that he's waited longer there is now another leak and I believe more damage since anyone has been out to check. Please, I just want all the damages fixed. So I don't have to worry about this anymore. This has been on going for 19 months now.
