    I’ve ordered two pairs of Gatsby shoes (size 10 US, Europe size 44) and each time they have sent the wrong size. On both occasions, they have told me I have to pay the return shipping even though it’s their mistake. All I want is them to send me the correct size shoe and postage to send back the incorrect ones.

    The customer complain is invalid as we never sent her a wrong size, she ordered a size 10, and we sent her size 10, we already told her the size 10 is a size 45, but she keeps on ordering the size 10.

    you can see from the sizing chart attached ( on their website) that a size 10 is a 44 not a 45.

    Our size 10 is a size 45, if customer is not happy with the sizing, please return the shoes to us so we can issue  refund.

    I purchased online a pair of shoes from Gasby shoes order #gatsbyshoes ***** for $58.50 on 11/16/2021 The Oxford Derby Orthopedic Leather Brown shoe size 11 normal width. The shoes were of inferior quality and I sent them back within the 30-day time frame allotted for a refund, by registered mail which costs $21.00 from the Woodbridge Post Office, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. I followed up by email with customer service several times and they just kept asking over and over for the return information which I had sent in the past. It was just a stalling technic. They do NOT comply with their return policy, and I'm requesting a $58.50 refund for the return. Your help in this matter is appreciated deeply appreciated, for this situation has gone on for too long!

    We have refunded the customer for the return. Please note that for us to be able to process returns asap, customer needs to include the name or order number so it would be easy for us to identify the owner of the return. Refunds take time if we cannot find the owner of the return. In this case, the return has been located and a refund has been issued.

    As I understand their response, it states that a refund has been issued? They never issued me a refund, and all of the information need for the refund is in the complaint. Waiting for the refund!

    This is a follow-up to my email not accepting Gasbyshoes' response. I received a subsequent email from Gatsbyshoes stating that they have issued me a refund. I'll be checking to see if a refund has been issued to my credit card.

    This is a tracking number for the product. ******************
    If you use this tracking number from there website You will see that it made it to Sumer Washington on July 12 2022 has never moved from there.
    I ordered it 6/22/2022 and they say I can’t get a refund till I get the shoes. I can’t get the shoes because they have stopped in shipment.

    I called USPS and they say they don’t have the package. This is the dispute: they say they sent the package: USPS says no they don’t have it. I have told them that and they still keep referring to the tracking info. it has now been 40+ days since that happened. According to there WEBSITE nothing should take more than (30 business day).

    The shoes have not been returned to us as customer did not call the courier to follow up, we can refund when the shoes has been returned to our warehouse.
