  The trailer court district manager I believe is pocketing our money. My rent randomly will go from a good $600 to $800. She does not do what she says she's done. I have been in contact with her for my lease let alone my father's lease he signed in 2014. I was told I was signing the same lease he did but I did when my father passed I took over. All that was changed was the name. I have been paying on this trailer since 04/01/2014 have paid almost $30,000 just in interest. The paperwork I have an what was agreed apoun with my father the trailer is to be sold at $23,900...down-payment of $3,000....now I'm being told I owe $48,000 . She won't respond to anything the electrical system needed repaired years ago my outlets are burning. There's aoot more needs done. But the company things just don't add up with alot of the money. She's raised the rent 6 times without a notice up until just now this month she did for garbage added.

  This is ****** *****. I just filed a complaint against the trailer court I live in an currently in the process of "leasing to own" . All I was wanting is a copy of my "lease" when my father had died in January 2020. I took over the trailer an signed what I was informed was the same "lease" as my father's the manager just changed the name an dates. Well now after a month I get a response to not email in regards on this situation I have to contact her phone. So what's the difference with an email an an text?? Well basically she told me to text her phone just for her to tell me she came here many of times an she didn't I was off work this whole month an never had her kncking or leaving anything on my door. An now she informs me they don't do leases. Ok????? So you don't have the ppl sign any paperwork since u know it is a "buy only" not allowed to rent anything here. An it's a constant battle with the rent always going up. Just since November it's went up 3xs. Mind you I only got ONE NOTICE ....an that was jus for this month they added trash to the bill for $22. They are willing to sell this trailer out here that's not even up to date nor is it "safe" . For $3,000 cash only no money orders hmmmm I think it's not a very good idea to send what the people send to you guys. That puts us at risk kind of like a WHISTLE-BLOWER . She's already been iching to have a reason to kick me out. All I do is work 16hrs a day jus to make it to get by. My father started paying on this trailer in 2014 why am I still paying on it?? Yet no lease yet everything that needs done is on me!!! This is how they are getting away with ripping ppl out of there money an I'm pretty sure just taking there money!!
