      Called service department on 5 Jan 2023 to have my battery checked on my 2017 RX350. Given appointment for 6 Jan at 1:15. Showed up at 1:15 and told by person checking in cars that no such appointment was scheduled. He got what I assume was his boss. Told new guy of my concern about battery and appointment. He went to my car and started it and stated my battery is OK. He left my car running and oped the door to exit. He was rude and inconsiderate. I have dealt with Lexus of Dayton for over 20 years, bought five new cars and have always been treated with respect by all of your employees. What has changed?
