    Johnson Restoration did an outstanding job on our complex, high-pitched, multi-layered (with cedar shake underneath) roof on our home built in 1917. Honestly, it was the best service we have ever received - in any industry. We asked for six bids from multiple roofing companies, and four of them said they did not want such a complicated job. One of them said, “They have never done a roof like this, but they were willing to give it a shot.” I was not willing to be any company’s guinea pig. From the start things were different with Johnson Restoration. Melinda dedicated her time to explaining the intricacies of our roof, why the job required certain materials and the amount of time it would take. During the four day job process, we had two project managers, and Melinda was in and out the entire project. On the first day, there were 22 people working on the tear-off. When they left, you would never know they were here. We did not find one nail or piece of trash. All of this was done in the middle of an Ohio winter. I would never consider doing another roof without them.

    Johnson Restoration was great from the first meeting with Michael Johnson.
    The professionalism and knowledge of what the roof needed to the insurance inspection and covering places that could leak was above and beyond. They took care of any issues right away.
    They did a total roof replacement in one day and when it was done the clean up was great had no worries about a pup running in the yard.
    The roof and gutters, leaf guard on the house and shed look fantastic. Highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
