    We hired Russ's company to repair gutters and install drip edge (attached). He assured us that there would be no leaking on the facia going forward. After light rain, there was still leaking and the wood was further damaged. We alerted him to this. He did come back out one time after and put some sealant. It did not hold or work. We have contacted him numerous times about continued water issues. A reputable home contractor that we hired to paint and do some wood work stated that the job was very poorly done, the drip edge is not properly installed, there are holes everywhere, and there is no way this is quality work. In addition, our property is further damaged because the water is coming through more now. We are also out time and money because we could not paint and do the other worked we planned on doing. Russ has not returned phone calls or text messages in months. We wish to get our money back or have the job done correctly. I am attaching pictures that our contractor took showing the inadequate job along with his contract and payment that said it would not leak. If he cannot fix this problem, at the very least, we expect our $425 back. We attached pictures taken by another roofer showing the problem areas from Russ's work.
