John and his son did a fabulous job building our deck/balcony. We, unfortunately, had a previous contractor replace our back balcony, and after inspection it required a full tear down and rebuild. John came out and spoke with us, and was willing to work with us to make sure it was done correctly. He made sure the city was contacted and all permits were in place and had the best communication with me over and y contractor I’ve ever worked with. I’ve also never seen another contractor keep a site so clean! They were constantly sweeping up after themselves, which is HUGE having dogs in the yard. On top of the professionalism, the build is solid and done the RIGHT way. It’s clear he knows what he’s doing. The inspector was out with John as soon as the job was over to confirm everything was done perfectly and to code. I will happily use John again and will recommend him to absolutely anyone looking to have work done. Finally, a contractor we can TRUST!
