Mike & his crew were very meticulous in painting my interior rooms. I had wall paper installed also, what a terrific job!! If I had any questions they were right there to answer them. Bravo!! - *****CertaPro of Chagrin Falls

They painted the entire interior of our house and did an excellent job. The work was done in a timely manner and on schedule. The lead painter, Oscar, did a good job staying in touch with us and addressing any issues that came up. I feel we got a quality job at a fair price,CertaPro of Chagrin Falls

Chagrin Falls CertaPro painted the exterior of our home. From the very beginning communication was extremely poor, (the crew and management as well). Phone calls were not returned from our production manager, we had to keep calling and texting. We had a non- English speaking crew, which was extremely difficult (even while I used Google Translate).
The biggest issue was lack of quality control. You have to be willing to manage the job continuously, which is not what we expected. Even after stating our disappointment in the workmanship, no one even bothered to come look at the job and our issues.
The crew had damaged window sills that we had to hire a contractor to repair, and while CertaPro did reimburse us, overall, I don’t feel this was a quality painting company I could recommend to anyone.

I cannot tell you how pleased we are with our paint job. It was precision painting, painting like an artist. All said, everything was perfect. Beautifully done! I am so happy with my painters, Mike and Steve! They were extremely professional, and they were always concerned with making sure everything was done right. They were very neat and cleaned up when they were done. Some of the nicest people we have met. Everyone we made contact with from the first call to completion were exceptional. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Please feel confident in contracting with Certapro of CHAGRIN FALLS! Exceptional job. Thank you so much! I am most grateful and HAPPY!
