    This used to be a great company. Now even when nothing is backordered, it takes weeks for an order to ship. They put all their money into sales and nothing into order fulfillment. It’s really unfortunate.

    I ordered an Insta-Hot 2 water heating system with Cart from Schneider's Saddlery to use for bathing horses. Firstly it took 4 months to receive. By then the weather was hot and really didn't need it. Used it a handful of times. According to the direction it stated to ensure you drained the lines which I actually did every time I used it. I then stored it in the barn for the winter. When I went to use it again the system leaked. I contacted Schneider and they told me that the leaking piping inside was not covered by the warranty. So after spending almost $600, and following the instructions, I have a useless piece of junk! This piece of equipment is for horses. It needs to be made better to withstand barn conditions.
    Schneider's responded to this issue by sending me some glue to fix it. Well the glue will not fix holes in the system. Additionally, the took down my review on their website.
