    My Husband and I ordered kitchen cabinets a year ago in August of 2021 as of Aug 2022 they are still not finished with the cabinets yet. They keep reordering the wrong size or color of a couple cabinets and they keep coming in wrong color or size

    The company we are dealing with for the Cabinets name is ******** and when the kitchen were installed there were cosmetic issue with three of the doors that we have reordered multiply times.   Each time we have received the new doors they were either the wrong size or the stain did not match the new kitchen.  In my opinion this is completely unacceptable and should never have taken this long to get resolved.  I have been in direct contact with the VP of Sales as well and the VP of Operations weekly at ******** for status updates.  Any and all information that was given to us by ******** was relayed to the customer so they were kept in to loop.  ******** has tried color matching the stain 7 times with the last one being this past week.  ******** is bringing in a color match specialist this Tuesday from ******* ******** and have ordered new doors to arrive at their facility this coming Monday.  My hope is this time they will achieve success and get us the doors we need to complete this very important project.  Please, know that every job is important to us and we have every intention of making this right.  We have also not collected the final payment from our customer until the job is 100% complete.  If you need documentation showing the open balance I would be happy to provide that information.
