    I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Business Marketing Engine. Having had a positive experience with them three years ago, I paid a $1,000 deposit to get started on a logo design for my new training program, "The LEAD Advantage." My instructions were clear, but the results were anything but that. Despite having three calls with the designers and explicitly stating what I did not want, the team either duplicated the design options I sent them or provided two rounds of entirely inappropriate, ballerina-like designs. This was not the strong, non-feminine design I had requested. After five rounds of fruitless revisions, the account manager, Kayla, told me that there was nothing else they could do. I felt unheard and unvalued as a client. I requested a refund after the first round of revisions, only to be assured that they would provide what I asked for – a promise they failed to keep. My advice to anyone looking for creative design: steer clear of Business Marketing Engine. Their inability to deliver on a clearly defined project was both frustrating and costly. IF YOU NEED A CREATIVE DESIGN, THEY ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER!
