      I had a bad experience with this company and they didn't follow up to make things right. I needed to send a video of the sanitary pipes on 2 different pipes. Dan came in and videoscoped both pipes and said I would get the video next day. I paid the invoice and next day I received a youtube link with the video. All was going ok until I realized the video of the 2nd video didn't upload. Called and talked to them several times, they didn't do anything to correct the issue or sending technicians to rescope the pipes. after few calls, they ignored my calls. They said it would be $50 extra to do that and I agreed because it was time sensitive for me. They didn't send anybody or do anything about it and I learned hard way not to ever deal with them. I asked for refund but that's not happening. At this point, I paid the quoted money but received not a full product that I couldn't use, so nothing. This company didn't stand behind their work and it was a huge disappointment.
