    So I bought a brand new Trailer from A&R in November of 2024. By February of 2025 the paint had fallen off of it and it began to rust. Additionally, the hydraulic pump leaked and the lights did not work. I took it back and they stated that *********** had an issue with their paint rep and would fix it. I left the trailer and checked on it again five weeks later only to discover they hadn’t even worked on it yet. They shipped it to *********** in Tennessee and informed me that I was responsible for going to get it. 5 1/2 hours one way only to discover they never sanded the trailer down and redid the paint. They simply painted over the rust. *********** said that’s all they were willing to do and I should take it up with A&R since they had sold me an old trailer as new. A&R said take it up with *********** because they had the paint issue not them. Either way they both told me to pound salt. Now I have a $10,000 trailer that is complete junk and I now have to take civil tort action against both. The only thing worse than the quality of the trailer was the customer relations from both companies.
