    Business has been paid for service of Trash pickup and they will not respond to repeated calls. I have been blocked from phone calls and social media. Have attempted sever times to contact them and are unable. They have been paid for services and are refusing to execute such service

    11/30/22 I received a chat message on Facebook from this company asking me to cut back my trash bags to 5 or under per week The limit per the business is 10. They confirmed that 10 is the limit but say its only on certain days. Their list of rules say otherwise. They could not state which days that 10 bags were allowed. I had previously addressed them about not showing up on the scheduled days to pick up trash and my rate not being pro-rated. They often don't show up and they will charge your account anyway. They refused to fix this. I told them i no longer want their services and want a refund. They refuse to refund my payment for end of November to end of December. Horrible company with horrible social skills. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. When you try to fix the problem they use terrible curse words and harass via social media.

    The business stated that they asked you to assist them in lightening your garbage in both weight and amount. The limit of 10 bags is only for holidays.  Business stated they would refund a portion of the prepaid amount.  They have provided service, so the refund will be for $13, which is half the amount.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is not true. The limit is 10 on every day. I have never been over 10. I paid a month ahead of time and I canceled my service s I need a full refund. They didn't touch my garbage from Nov 30th and on.

    Didn’t pick my trash up the whole month of November while being paid to do so. I tried to communicate with them but they blocked me, so now we will go this route.

    Per the business, the last payment from the consumer was from October.  No payment was provided for the month of November.  The business does not service the area that the consumer lives in any longer.
