      ***** was an extremely rude repairman. Managed to do the repair covered under warranty, and repair seems to be good, but time will tell. Were fairly new home owners here. We had used another repair service previously, who actually helped me find the manual where info on warranty was, and recommended I call *****. ***** showed up while the other repairman was here said, You shouldve called me first! Ill see you in a week! and abruptly left. ***** text to have me call him. I did and mentioned his behavior was a little rude. He went off on me. No swearing but definitely angry. He made a scheduling change and showed up a little later that day, sort of apologized and did repair. I asked about a refund for the work done previously and he said, Im not giving you any money! I asked to have the Freon refund that he reused from previous repairman and again No moneyIn general, repair may be good but bad customer and business relations.
