    My name is ******* ***** *****, I'm a ******* wartime veteran. I have been purchasing home and auto insurance policies from Brian Zurface Allstate Insurance for 19 years. I only filed one auto claim in 19 years, and paid my auto premiums in full every 6 months at a time. On 10/06/2024 my 19 year old daughter had car accident, and I filed a second claim. Brian wouldn't give us a rental car because he turned the claim into the claims department in ***** for review, he told me my daughter was not listed on my policy as a driver and she doesn't live at my home address were the issues with my policy. I explained to Brain that HE wrote that policy 3 years ago when I went into his office and said hi Brian I bought my daughter a car, she's 16 with a license, and I need to add her to my policy so she is insured to drive the car. He told me he added the car and her to the policy and it was x amount of dollars for 6 months and he has it taken care of. So three years goes by and I never heard the first thing from him about her having to live at my address or not being listed as a driver on the policy to be insured until the accident on 10/06/2024. He then tells me he's been selling insurance for 30 years and it's my responsibility (not his)to review my policy and make sure its written correctly. He then tells me he's trying to resolve this problem with ***** ******** with the ***************** who is 31 years old and been working for Allstate for 5 years and is trying to make a name for himself by denying to pay claims for hardworking honest people like myself. So I try to stay in contact with Brian to find out if they're going to pay the claim or not, he starts to drag it out by ignoring me and not taking my calls. Then he leaves me a voicemail saying they are NOT going to cover my claim. Brian Zurface takes absolutely no responsibility for what has happened with my policy HE wrote, this is corporate fraud being done by Allstate Insurance to me the customer Wm. ***** *****.

    *******, unfortunately, did not verify after 2 years that his daughter was not listed as a licensed driver listed on his policy. Allstate claims made the decision to not extend coverage. Very important to review your policies.

    Allstate Renters Insurance Was Dropped In 2023 About 4 Months Ago. In **** Brian ********************** Began Calling And Sending Email Messages. Badgering ******************************** To Come Back To Allstate And Leave State ******************************* Was Notified By ***************************** That She Has No Intentions Of Returning To Allstate Also He Sent Several Proposals Online And In The Mail. This Is A New Cell Phone So I **** No Idea ***************************** Has My Number. He Was Putting A **** ***** Lumina Vehicle And Renters Insurance Policy ********************************** Was Told By ******************* That I No Longer Drive Or Own A Vehicle. And He Was Told To Stop Calling ***************************** Harrassing Her ******* Stated That I Can Get An Attorney Free For Seniors Age 60 And Older. Which I Just May **** To I **** Also ************************ Concerning Brian ********************** Bothering Me I Love State Farm And I Intend To Stay With State Farm. Thank You Stop The Calls And Emails Mr ********************** please
