    Absolutely rude.I was looking for a repair I was unable to do myself. After asking about the price of the service the friendliness and kindness was dropped entirely. When I did not take the upsell, I was treated like trash. I already paid for the repair so I couldn't go elsewhere. I tried to call multiple times only to be simply ignored. Finally after a week of my phone calls not being returned I called on last time. Someone picked up the phone didnt answer, then hung up promptly. I drove there immediately after to ask for an ETA on the service. I mentioned that someone had done that to me and asked when the bike would be done. The lady at the front desk, not looking down from her phone, simply scoffed me off and responded "it'll be a week". Absolutely terrible place. Almost everyone I have talked to in Chillicothe dislikes this business. Overpriced and genuinely disrespectful. The lady at the front counter had treated me like trash. Wouldn't even acknowledge me and openly ignored my issue passing it off as if it was a normal occurance there.
