    This service told us they would file our taxes on the 7th. If there was a problem they would contact us. I called them on the 15th in the afternoon to verify that our taxes were sent. They hadn’t sent them and told us they weren’t able to electronically file because they hadn’t been given a business/license number. I had to pick up our taxes at 3 PM and try to figure out how to finish them to send them in. We were not able to get the same state tax numbers they had, so we had to re-do the state taxes. I feel that they should refund a portion of our fee, which they wanted in cash.if I were able to give zero stars I would.
