    On February 15, 2025 I was involved in multi car accident in *********** ****. Ans Towing & Recovery, LLC was dispatch to the location of my accident by law-enforcement.Because my car wasnt drivable, I had to use a private transportation service from *********** to **************** to pick up a rental car. Before leaving the location of the accident the tow truck driver assured me that my car would be Secured (locked) in a secured storage lot. With in 48 hours I showed up at this Secured storage lot To retrieve my belongings. Only to find out my car was left unsecured (not locked), in the front yard of the owners house (they call it a storage yard) with a fence made basically of chicken wire that's in deplorable condition. Only to discover my expensive property was missing! That was in my car when it was towed away by their company. The company did nothing to help investigate the theft on their watch or compensate me for my missing property. Because my vehicle was not secured any secure storage facility I Like I was assured would happen. I would like my Property replaced at the owners expense. The value is approximately $1,200.

    on the day of the accident the driver was asked by the owner of the vehicle to grab a few items from his car which the driver did then a day or two later the owner of the vehicle wanted to come out and grab a couple items that he had forgotten the tow driver, and the owner of the vehicle meet at the impound lot that was locked and the car was also locked up and nothing was ever mentioned about the bowling ***** until he had called hours later and asked if he could come back out and look in the car again for his bowling ***** he was told yes but he wanted to check his house first cause they could be there but wasn't sure of where he had seen or placed them last then he had called again and asked what we was going to do about his bowling ***** i told him he had gotten everything out of his vehicle and that you had even told us you wasn't sure of where they was
