    On Nov. 1, I paid the company $290 to start ***********. I was told I needed to get the app and schedule a consultation appointment, so I scheduled one for Nov. 5. Before that day, I was told by different staff that Dr. H*** needed to reschedule, and then told nevermind, he could see me at the original time. I waited for an hour for the doctor to contact me. I then followed up and asked via text when the doctor would be calling. I was told the doctor told staff that he had already spoken to me. At this point I thought it was a scam and asked for an immediate refund. The doctor did call me after that and when I asked if he forgot about me he said it was an oversight. I said I was no longer comfortable trusting the company and to put everything on hold.

    Erin left a voicemail a day later saying Glow would issue a full refund. I waited for 20 days and did not see anything in my bank account. I tried contacting Glow multiple times and left voicemails to call back, they never did. Finally I texted Erin a few times saying I needed to get a call back. She finally called back, and her response was nothing short of unprofessional and downright cruel.

    Erin said she did issue a refund, and when I asked her when, she said she could not tell me that information. She then mimicked my voice and when I asked if she wanted to hear what happened to me (with Dr. Huff) she said she didn't care. I then asked if she was the manager, and she said rudely that she was the only one I would be talking to. I asked if I should call back if I didn't see the return charge (again) and she said she hoped she would never speak to me again. I told her I was going to be filing a BBB complaint and she said she really hoped I would.

    I then noticed the address was taken off the website right after that, which I am not sure is legal.

    I have asked the company to speak to the owner since then and not heard back.

    I would not trust this company with your money and definitely not your body!
