    The planes and the instructors are fine but the school is a mess; completely disorganized. I would take the afternoon off for a lesson and show up and the plane would be down for PM. I would get zero notice of this. So it’s a half hour drive there, half our drive home and I had taken the PTO for the afternoon. LFT did not have the courtesy to let me know in advance. I complained every time this happened and got some ** excuse about how its unavoidable. *** - its not too hard to calculate when plane is due for the 100 hour service. Its no different than knowing when car needs an oil change. After this happened the fourth time, I took my business elsewhere. If you are college with a super flexible schedule it’s a great place. If you are professional looking to be treated with respect, I would go elsewhere.
