      THIS TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IS TERRIBLE, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They took over 5 hours to pick up my husband at the doctors after dropping him off. The office started calling the driver at 1:30 pm, and the driver finally showed up at 7:05 pm. My husband is in a wheel chair and he needs private transportation to get to and from the doctors. The doctors office staff waited with him until the driver showed up or he would have had to wait out side while a storm was coming. When the office closes at 5, the workers want to go home to their families, and not having to wait with a patient. The staff went above and beyond their job duties.The dispatcher told my husband that he needs to "from now on you need to schedule your appointments in the morning",The way the driver had him strapped in and the way he was driving my husband did not feel safe. The driver was riding the lift with my husband on it which is very unsafe and most likely against regulations.And when he was taken back to the nursing home the driver got him inside the door and asked my husband if "he has it from here".This is the second time they were late picking him up. At least the first time this transport company was used they only took 2 hours to pick him up from the hospital.This was totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

      MAS TRANSPORTATION IS BY FAR THE WORST TRANSPO SERVICE EVER. RUDE DRIVER(OWNER). WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT MY LOCATION @ 12:30 FOR MY 1:15 Dr.s APPT ONLY FOR HIM TO NOT ARRIVE TO PICK ME UP. I SAT ON THE SIDEWALK WAITING FOR THE THE DRIVER. UPON CALLING INSURANCE PROVIDER WHOM CONTRACTS THE COMPANY TO SEE WHY THE DRIVER HASN'T ARRIVED(12:45 ISH) WAS TOLD THAT THE DRIVER SAID HE CAME TO THE ADDRESS TO PICK ME UP AND I WASN'T THERE. MEANWHILE I AM WAITING ON THE CURBSIDE FOR HIS ARRIVAL. HE DIDN'T COME. THE DRIVER CALLED MY PHONE. UPON ANSWERING HE HUNG UP. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND HE KEPT SENDING ME TO VOICEMAIL. CONTACTED THE INSURANCE PROVIDED TRANSPO LINE AGAIN, TO BE TOLD THAT THE DRIVER SAID HE WAS 15 MINUTES AWAY TO RETURN TO MY PICK UP POINT. I CALLED DRIVER BACK AGAIN ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HE WAS INSTRUCTED TO GO TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAT ISN'T MINE. THE DRIVER DIDN'T ARRIVE TO MY PICK UP UNTIL 1:53 P.M. I MISSED MY APPOINTMENT( which I will be charged for). UPON ARRIVAL & GETTING LOADED ON THE VAN HE STATED THAT HE WAS TOLD TO GO ON **** RD. WHICH IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM HIS ORIGINAL CLAIM. THIS COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO BE LOCATED @1532 COMPTON RD CINCINNATI, OH 45231. DALY ROAD IS AN INTERSECTING STREET TO COMPTON. HOW WOULD THE DRIVER(Owner) NOT KNOW THIS LOCATION? OWNER WAS RUDE, NON PROFESSIONAL, STANDING ON THE LIFT MECHANISM TO TRANSFER ME TO THE VAN WITH HIM STANDING ON IT. LIFT WAS LEANING CAUSE OF THE IMBALANCE. BIG SAFETY HAZARD. WAS DROPPED OF TO MY LOCATION ( IN HOPES THAT I COULD STILL BE SEEN. TO NO AVAIL. CONTACTED MAS FOR RETURN TRANSPO @ 2:45, AND WAS TOLD DRIVER WOULD ARRIVE IN 45 MINS(3:30) ANOTHER DRIVER SHOWS UP @ 4:30 AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE DROP OFF LOCATION. TRAFFIC SITUATIONS CAN'T BE HELPED. THAT'S UNDERSTANDABLE, HOWEVER PROMPTNESS, SAFETY, AND PROFESSIONALISM SHOULD BE 1ST WITH THE COMPANY. THE RETURN DRIVER DROVE LIKE AN UNSAFE INDY 500 DRIVER, ALL OVER THE ROAD. BIG FAT "F" FOR OVERALL EXPERIENCE AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
