    November 15, 2021. I called several appliance repairs places \, my washer quit and this was the only company that could come out to see what the issue was that night. The customer service rep had to google issues and then proceeded to take apart my washer ...said it needed a new part.said he would be back tomarrow with the part, had me write out the check to his wife. He never showed up, messaged him and he he just kept making excuses after I had already given him money for showing up and deposit on the part. I have text messages back and forth where he has stated he will send me at least half my money back and I have never received any money back. I also had told him to not worry about coming back just to give me my money back that when he proceeded to say I will have to mail it to you..I have never any compensation and was not sure as to why he had me make it out to his wife. If this is how he has done other customers, I feel sorry for the customers because I don' take to kindly to being taken like that. I had to call another company to come check it out and it didn't even have anything o do with the bottom of the washing machine motor..it was the mother. So the guy didn't know a thing abut what he was doing and yet took my money and still to this day have not yet received any money of any sort. I seriously hope he isn't doing others this way either. I can go to the bank and have them pull up the check with his wifes name on the check and where it was cashed.
