    This company was sent to my home by our home warranty company, **** ****** ********. Upon arrival on more than one occasion the repair technician smelled strongly of Marijuana, the technician came out and put a part on our dryer several weeks and after missing two scheduled appointments, after the first appointment at which time he stated the dryer would need another part. The technician returned again after again missing a scheduled appointment and put another part on the dryer, in the process he broke a piece off of the back plug of the dryer and assumed it fell into the back of the dryer which was not accessible. The technician asked me if I had a bolt which he used to replace the missing part, after this he started the dryer and stated it was working but would be unsafe to use if no one is home as the bolt he replaced the missing part with was a fire hazard. I called **** ****** ******** who then contacted Larkin Family Repair and requested the fix the dryer back to a safe and working status. Larkin Family Repair called me and stated they would need me to pair another $75.00 service fee for them to come back out and repair the dryer that their technician had broken. After calling **** ****** ******** the sent another company out to repair the dryer, although the dryer not in use did spark and catch on fire and is unrepairable due to the work Larkin Family Repair completed. Since then, Larkin Family repair has called, and left message demanding to come and take the parts they placed on my dryer off. I have asked them to contact the warranty company who they are contracted with but the office manager who works out of her home and is extremely belligerent refuses and continues to call and harass and threaten me and request we let them take the parts off our now burnt dryer. She has sense threatened to sue me however she is contracted with the warranty company, and they have stated that Larkin is not to come out and touch the dryer.
