- RETURN POLICY | Unused product(s) in sealed manufacturer's packaging returned to our showroom with original proof of purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from date of purchase will receive a full refund | Purchases made with credit/debit cards will have the purchase amount credited to the card originally used for the purchase | Purchases made with cash, check, money transfer or gift cards will receive a check refund mailed to billing address within fourteen (14) calendar days from date of successfully processed product return | Special order items, spare parts and unsealed merchandise will be subject to inspection and a restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice amount will be charged.
