The service at this barbershop was poor and unprofessional. The owner/manager has no people skills in resolving where one of his employees gave me a bad cut!

    To whom this may concern,
In response to This customer, he has been in the barbershop receiving services from a barber employed here Chris P******. He willingly would insist that he wanted to be serviced by Chris, and on his last service an accident happened where Chris accidentally cut him because the customer moved down abruptly. Chris immediately let the customer know what happened and took the necessary measures to treat it. The customer had no complaints or issues at the time. To further prove that he had no issues the customer still came in the next day to receive services from the same person Chris. After two days he called complaining about the barber, and then the day after he called again, the following day he came in and the cut was healing and we advised him within our limits. We took several attempts to try to remedy this situation with the customer on multiple occasions of him calling, and he didn’t want to resolve anything because he would give no reasonable responses other than wanting the barber to be fired.

The barber nicked my head in several locations. The barber was negligent, and the owner was   informed of the incident even taking pictures.  The bottom line is that the attached picture tells the store. The owner when called began to get loud and disrespectful to me. I have requested that my legal team look into this matter!

When he initially spoke to the owner, the owner advised him that his next haircut would be on the barbershop, and the customer agreed. With that being said after coming to an agreement the owner spoke to this customer multiple times about this same issue, and was unable to come to an understanding with what this customer wanted because any time the owner brought up a solution the customer would not say anything. We have tried to remedy this situation, and the customer truly seems like he doesn’t want to so it’s out of our limits.

The barbershop was negligent, and the pictures speak for itself.

Based on the pictures that I have submitted the barbershop is liable for the "mistake" he made over and over on my head!
