    This company renovated my kitchen and the experience was extremely negative. They misrepresented their abilities, were grossly understaffed, employed subcontractors who were not skilled, never came close to meeting a deadline, openly lied about timing and a number of other issues. Communication was almost nonexistent except when I badgered and threatened. Cabinets were installed incorrectly and had to be torn out and reinstalled, a wall was unnecessarily torn out and had to be partially rebuilt, a refrigerator was moved across a brand new hardwood floor leaving a deep and permanent scratch across the entire floor that was never repaired, the inside of every wooden cabinet was split when handles were installed and left with gaping split wood. The angled kitchen island was installed backwards and could not be changed. Having this company in & out of my home for over 6 months was nothing short of traumatic. I cannot state strongly enough how unprofessional and disrespectful they were. Every time I open a cabinet door, hit my hip on the incorrectly installed island, or walk into my kitchen and look at the huge scratch across my floor, I still seethe. They seemed to be continuously extremely far behind, lacking skilled workers and confused about what they were doing. I strongly recommend you save yourself much agony and money, and look elsewhere for a contractor.
